The Slip Lining is one of the first trenchless technologies for the rehabilitation of water networks
The slip lining is one of the first trenchless technologies for the rehabilitation of water networks. The technique consists in the insertion, in the pipe to be rehabilitated, of a new pipe of smaller diameter. Under the right conditions it can also be said that slip lining is also one of the simplest systems ever. The existing pipe acts as a guide pipe into which the new pipe is inserted. The method must necessarily be applied for sections without curves, deformations, intrusions and differences in height between joints and fittings. Entries can be made in one or more pieces.
